Hello, I'm Anika!
Certified Grief Educator
Welcome to Waypoint; a grief support service that is dedicated to helping you navigate the rocky and often overwhelming terrain of grief.

I wish we were meeting under different circumstances, but as we sadly cannot avoid loss in life I am here to provide you with the support and guidance needed on your journey towards healing.
My name is Anika, and I am a Certified Grief Educator and End of Life Doula, with additional training in traumatic loss. I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged ground of grief. My previous work for hospice and personal experience with loss has equipped me to help you cope with the many different faces of grief. Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the death of a beloved pet, or any other type of grief, I am here to help.
My approach is centered around holding space for you in a safe environment that is free of judgement, where I provide the tools and resources needed to heal and find peace.

Thank you for choosing Waypoint!
Why Grief Support?
Understanding Grief
Understanding the non-linear nature of grief and it's different stages. Offering guidance and compassion throughout the process.
Healing from Trauma
Healing from trauma requires acknowledgement of old and recent wounds. This is a crucial step towards recovery, helping individuals find peace and move through the pain.
